how transportation works
TRANSPORTATION GROUPS
We’ve collected all arrival and departure details and grouped guests accordingly. Group assignments account for:
- Time to clear customs and retrieve luggage
- Ferry schedules and ferry travel time
- Ensuring arrival at the airport at least 2 hours before departure on your return trip
Please select the transportation time assigned to your group when booking on eventbrite.
Arrival and departure transportation must be booked in two separate transactions on Eventbrite. Unfortunately, the system does not allow both to be reserved in a single booking.

IMPORTANT DEPARTURE INFORMATION
You must book group transportation by February 28. Afterwards, you will need to book your own travel arrangements. You may reach out to Luxe Transportation directly for booking.
Transportation can only be reserved for guests departing no later than March 23rd.
If you are departing after March 23rd, you will need to arrange and pay for separate transportation.
You may contact Luxe Transportation directly if you’d like to confirm your arrangements or choose alternate transportation.
